Parker Martin attends final Winternationals at East Bay Raceway Park
Skipping the first three nights of racing, Parker Martin joined the Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series at East Bay Raceway Park (Tampa, FL) on Thursday afternoon.
With 74 Late Models in attendance for the final East Bay Winternationals, Martin stopped the clock fourth-quickest, but pulled off early in his heat race with mechanical issues. Parker was a scratch for the remainder of the night.
After not finding any speed in qualifying on Friday, Parker picked up two spots in his heat race which relegated him to a B-Main. Martin needed a Top-2 finish and recorded a seventh-place outing.
For Saturday's $15,000-to-win finale, Martin once again pulled off early in his heat with mechanical issues and was unable to start his B-Main.
